I dont know that Ford techs are millionaires, but he did move to TN from California so if he had a house out there that he sold to buy one here he's most likely sitting on a pretty good pile of cash. Plus he is either in his late 20s or early 30s. Plus he saved some money on a damn weed eater. I dont know if they dont need them in California or just dont use them. Who has a bid zero turn mower 69 mustang 15 mustang and no weed eater. CALIFORNIA HIPPIES hahahaha
JL is a heep whoops I mean jeep. I will never own another. Maybe great off road if you can keep them running. I know 3 people personally that have jeeps sitting broke down and 1 person driving theirs and it a 2018. My better half had a Grand Cherokee with the 4.0 had to have new timing chain at 76000 miles. Transmission at around 120000. Never been offroad or ragged as far as we know. It did have around 15000 when she bought it. But that burnt me. My sport trac with the 4.0 had 244000 when I traded it and only had one issue with that plastic thermostat housing leaking. Never overheated just leaked. Thought it was water pump. Changed it but still had antifreeze on driveway so investigated found housing leak. Who knew
He said he built a 302 for it and was not happy with the turn out so now it has a built 351 modified. sound super clean and really mean. He figured it's got about 700 hp at the fly wheel but hasn't had it on a dyno yet.
Yeah he showed me under the hood. I wanted to grab some pics under the hood but being he's only been there a few months I did want to seem too obtrusive haha. Nice to see younger people still like old hot rods.
He said it was a modified he pulled out of a 79 Thunderbird. I dont know much about the 351.
The M can be built into a monster with the available parts... step 1: put a 400 crank in it.
He did say something about being bored to a 400 but like I said. I don't know much on the 351. Didn't look much bigger than a 302 but sounds way deeper and nasty haha.
