More Bronco hear say.

I go slow when backing, keeps the damage to a minimum.

I find it a lot easier to back my Rangers with mirrors than the Edge with it's camera.

I don't want one in my new Bronco... but I will probably have to have one.

I didn't have a PayPal account until several months ago... I will learn to live with a screen and BUC system. Might even come in handy.

I have less trouble backing my Ranger (with a bed full of crap and a cap) than my 18 RAV4 with the BU camera. Thought I'd adjust but seems weird looking at the little screen. Never been much of a virtual reality person I guess.

Bumpers are good. I like bumpers. They bump stuff without causing 1000s of $ of damage. Sucks to be the other guy though.

Some folks will benefit with the camera system... my daughter for one. I told her before she walked out the door that the trash cans were behind her car because it was garbage day. Two minutes later I was helping her get a trash can from under her Jeep.

I can back my Freightliner and 53 in NYC no problem. The ram isn't horrible but the ranger is easier. I think its because the new vehicles have higher back ends. But then again my 78 powerwagon lifted 8 inchs with a 3 inch body lift was easy also. Maybe its the camera having a physiologic effect.

Well, whatever the details, it potentially boggles my mind how many Ford could have sold since
1996....24 years ago ! Irrelevant to me being the paycheck to paycheck kinda guy I am, my daily
driver is my profile picture...35 years old now..! but I love it.

You dont need to back up anymore. It pahks itself!

Flip side to that, how many full-size four door SUV’s could they have sold if they started building them BEFORE 1997?

I would love a 4dr 1996ish Bronco... and not one of the ugly Centurion things either.

Now your vehicle can park itself, either forward or back, and can parallel park itself.
It lets you know that your leaving your traffic lane, will slow down so you don't hit the vehicle in front of you, and will stop backing if there is anything behind you.
It will direct you to your destination, and let you know that you, or it, took a wrong turn.
Why even get in it...just tell it what you want at Wal Mart and send it on it's way.

Ugly? I bet this sumbitch would drive over any 4 door suv built since the demise of the excursion.

Ugly? I bet this sumbitch would drive over any 4 door suv built since the demise of the excursion.

The 90’s ones often had molded fiberglass running boards covering god knows what for rust and swirly 90’s graphics.

The proportions are a hair off too, too long after the back doors.

None of my vehicles have a rear view camera but I think a camera for hooking up a trailer would be of great benefit. It should be more reliable than my crew chief who manages to ram my hitch into the trailer tongue occasionally.

Because if you can’t see out the back it is easier to back over your kids...

People do that regardless of having a dozen cameras in their vehicle because they just plain don't pay any attention.

The only thing a backup camera would be nice for is hooking up to a trailer without having to make a dozen trips to see how far back or to the side you gotta move LOL. Last I checked all vehicles were required to have mirrors, most people just choose not to use them and wonder why they run over stuff.
