I have a 2wd Ranger Edge. stock leaf springs on it now, but was wondering if anybody is running the monoleaf springs from an Exorer Sport. Also wondering if it would lower my payload capacity or if they are as strong as the multiplemultiple leaf set up that i have. i think one leaf would look a lot cleaner but don't want to loose payload.

If you're refering to the composite/fiberglass springs you'd be better off using a 2x4 as a leaf spring. They have very low payload capacity, and are known to splinter and or just snap in half. They were never designed for "truck" use. If i recall they also have alot less arch so you would end up lowering the ride height.

thanks for the info. that is exactlywbat i needed to know., what about the 64" chevy thing? do i have to flip my axle to not raise the rear.
