Hello! Recent owner of a 2005 Ranger Edge. Was diagnosing some issues starting (turned out to be a blown fuse for the fuel pump) and in the process of diagnosing found that the previous owner has fully removed the fuel inertia switch. Where it should be is just simply wired together with no switch to cut it off.
This checks out with some of the previous owner's mods and usage of the vehicle, but considering I'll be using it as more of a light farm/town truck than a 4x4 off-road, I'd like to add the relay back in.
Anyone have any resources on reconnecting the fuel inertia switch? Most resources I've found so far have a quick attachment for the wires to replace the switch, and don't deal with rewiring entirely.
Thanks!!
