Misfire problem after changing engine computer

Ok we had to chance the pcm and it misfired and threw code 302 also when you floor the truck once it gets to 65 it starts jerking what could cause this? If you let off it it calms down. I think it could be Transmission related.?

i would guess its not the tranny if you changed the pcm and theses promblems started
