I have a 2003 ford ranger v6 3.0. It has a 6 cylinder misfire. I replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, coil pack, wires, spark plugs, purge solenoid, exhaust manifold gaskets, intake gaskets, and IAC valve. I don’t know what else I should do. I tested for a blown head gasket using the radiator but I don’t see any bubbles coming up through the coolant and the engine oil has no coolant in it.

Welcome to TRS :)

Any free testing is fine to do and changing spark plugs is OK as well as they do wear out
But next stop should have been a compression test when there is a misfire, compression is mechanical, so good or bad

Cold engine
Remove all 6 spark plugs
Install pressure gauge in #1
Press gas pedal to the floor and crank the engine until you hear 5 "hits" of compression, you WILL know
Write down results
Move to #2
Repeat until all 6 are tested

Burnt exhaust valve is by far the most common reason for a misfire on any gasoline engine(not a Ford or Ranger exclusive, lol), that's why it's best to test for it first, and then move on to spark or fuel as the cause
Because if it is a leaking valve then its just a waste of time and money to assume its not

When I sent it to the mechanic they told me compression was good in all cylinders. I hear a ticking noise that I can’t figure out also

So after it came back from the mechanic there was no more misfire?

But it has a tick noise now, could just be a loose spark plug wire, spark arc sounds like a "tick"

I'm curious if you could feel the miss in cylinder 6 or was it from a code analysis? My '02 Ranger 3.0L was always throwing a code for a miss in cylinder 4 which I could never feel. A can of BG-44K fuel system cleaner would help but only for a tank or two of gasoline. Once I had the Ranger in the shop to fix all the many oil leaks, I had the cylinder 4 injector replaced and that was the end of the problem.
