i have a 302 in a 89 grand marquis demo car and was wondering whats the best mild setup for my ranger. i can get some gt40p heads, should i grab the intake too? or should i just go with the whole explorer motor? what would be a good cam to go with? it will be mated to a 4 speed aod that has the linkage flipped and has been notched for the np205.

Get the complete explorer motor, it has the shorter FEAD and a decent cam for a 4x4. Use the oil pan from the crown vic and you'r set.Now get to work!:icon_bounceblue:

Ditto, but add a set of full roller 1.7 rockers, that will give it an extra 15 horses.

Someone beat me to the motor:annoyed: so I'll have to source another one thanks guys
