Did oil change last night and as I tightened the plug it all of a sudden turned a bit easier and I stopped. Probably turned it 30 degrees after the tension lightened. Its a 2004. Anyone else run into this problem?

its just a bolt, it'll either tighten down or it wont.

spin it some more and see if it snugs up like it should. if it doesnt then its stripped. most auto parts stores cary 1/2 and 1-up sizes that makes replacing stripped plugs easy.
