How big of tires can you fit on a 94 b4000 if you trim the fenders to the max? Looking to run 36s with a 4 inch

Im pretty sure you can if you really cut the fenders. I think theres an army green truck running 37's on about 4 inches

With a little creative welding and cutting you could likely fit 38" tires with no lift.....

I remember seeing a Dodge Ramcharger on 54" Swamper Boggers with no lift. They just trimmed the fenders and welded as required to hold what was left together. Not really practical, but....

My choptop I did a 5" suspension lift and a 2" body lift. It has 33's on it which clear fine with no trimming. Soon as I get around to finishing up the front suspension (upgraded the axle), it'll get 35" tires. I suspect they should clear just fine but we'll see.

Being you have a 94, you have larger wheel openings from the factory. I know that I've seen some newer Rangers with a torsion bar crank running 33's. So with a 4" suspension lift and enough fender trimming you could probably clear 36's. You will have to regear though, even if you have 4.10 gears now, you'll want something deeper.... 4.88 or 5.13 to be sure.

that that is what I wanted to hear. And I had planned to regear to 4.88 or 5.13. I wanted 5.13s but seeing as tho from time to time I wanna run 33s I think I'll go 4.88s.

5.5 susp, 3 in body, cut and bulged fenders, 44 inch tires.
