Master Pro (Autozone) Outer Tie Rods

Anyone know if these are any good for my '92 Ranger? They didn't have the higher dollar ones in stock and I bought these. Also, is it a good idea to use an anti-seize compound on the tie rods once I get the old ones off? Sure don't want them to rip apart. Thanks for help.
