Have you searched eBay for the OEM parts? I've seen quite a lot of NOS on there. Or Rock Auto also has tons of parts.

Try Ford Parts Giant.com They carry an extensive list of parts, NOS, that Ford dosen't have or sell anymore.
All there stuff is new/old stock, so be prepared to pay $$$...it's not a junk yard parts warehouse.
Stuff like the hardware you can probably find at LMC Truck Parts, Ranger catalog.
