None of the ebay links inside the provided link work. Maybe it's just me?
Worked for me. Sent the seller a message. I have full sn95 cobra brakes on my truck with cobra master and stock ranger booster. Running a mild cam and so far the brakes seem to be lacking. But I'm still dialing in the rear bias and the truck overall. Probably getting ahead of myself.
 
Common misconception with brake Masters is that a larger bore means more pressure..............
Quite the opposite, smaller bore means more pressure

Usually the only difference between power assist brakes and non-power assist is the brake pedals attachment point to the push rod

Power assist usually have 4:1 ratio
Manual 6:1

You can leave the power booster there and just disconnect vacuum line, for now
And drill a new hole in brake pedal for higher mounting of the pushrod to increase to 6:1 ratio

In the example 12" length pedal with hole 3" from pivot point is 12/3 = 4, 4:1 ratio
If you drilled a hole 2" from pivot point, 12/2 = 6 or 6:1 ratio

That'll work for sure. I'd take the current master cylinder apart, measure the bore, and buy one a little smaller, The pedal travel will be a little longer, just like it would after reworking the pedal arm.
 
Something I just figured out I have over looked with my brake setup is adjusting the push rod length on the master. Symptoms Ive read about with improper push rod length sound like something Im dealing with. Like I said i'm getting this truck sorted. It's going to take some time.
