Unfortunately, my old and very good friend Isis went home last July and I don't have any pictures of her at the moment. But that's great-looking dog you have there! That smile's a mile wide in the second shot.

I miss my dog.

I miss our German Shepherd... He was 13 in sept. of 2008 and had a stroke early '09 that left him massively paralized so we had to put him down. If it wouldn't have been for the stroke, he'd still be going strong today. He was amazingly smart too, we used to call him the Houdini Dog.

I keep thinking of getting another one. Kinda torn between another Shepherd or an Irish Setter, had both and like 'em both.

i have a 20 month old boxer and my 6 yr old beagel passed away in nov im still torn up over it i miss that damne hound

Our German Shepperd we adopted from guide dogs for the blind. She was a flunky lol. Best dog I have ever had or seen! She is 7 years old now

when i first got her

she's now 80lb's

This is Max. When I brought him home, if he stood on his back feet on the seat and put his front feet on the window sill he could just peek out of the window on my Ranger. Now if he sits on the seat, he has to scrunch way down in order to see out. He is two years old.

her with the older family dog

her about a year old first time in deep snow.

and yesterday 4 hour hike around the farm.

This is Houston. Twelve years old, probably a lab/rott mix, but not positive. Spoiled out of his mind, but considering his health as a twelve year old lab, it seems worth it. You wouldn't believe the amount of personality this dog has. Sometimes it can be a pain in the ass, but it's always endearing.

No big dog for me, just my little awesome buddy. His name is Jake and he loves sitting/wheeling in the Ranger. If he's ever in it with me and I get out, he always jumps over to the driver's seat. I just tell him "Your not driving" and he goes right back over to the passenger seat
