Thanks everyone...most of it i welded in pieces and metal finished it....the center part was the only part i bend and i forgot what its called but its like a shop press but has a 90 degree angle to bend it worked pretty good

ya i made it just big enough to tuck a winch in between the frame rails and sit in there perfectly... i might make one for a buddy and depending on how much time i cut down on making it i might start selling them upon request... thanks everyone for the comments

Well if you are able to cut some time and it would be worth your while to make them. I'll be the first one in an official line to get one for an '01 lol.

I am working on sketching a bumper that is very similar to yours with almost the same beveling. Do you have any pictures of the mount and bracing you can post?

its all done for now still want to sink in some 3 " lights and put d-ring brackets on but dont have time right now..... i will get more pics of it later of the top and mounting brackets

What would something like this cost IF, and only IF, you were to make one for someone else ?
With the shackle mounts welded both sides and the winch mount ?

This is more thinking out loud than asking to have one made.

These projects are great but no one ever posts the cost involved or the time it took to make.
