Making Awesome Bumper !!

i am going to be painting it black... ya the ends are going to wrap around and follow the curve of the fender flairs.. i am using the 3" clear round foglights and sinking then into the bumper like the fab four bumpers do... there is 3/16 diamond plate on the flat top part ... i wish i could start making these and selling them but dont have the time too lol... thanks for the comments guys

sweet im split between plate ones and tube ones i like the look of both i just think plate ones look way to heavy

Hmm.. black bedliner would look pretty good and would be tough. I'd recommend going that route.

yeah just be sure your done welding on it before you apply any bedliner

ya i was thinking bout getting it LineX'd but still cant decide.. well the bumper is heavy but not to much heavier then the stock bumper... i still have to add more plate and everything but it aint that heavy at all.

I know this is an old thread but my buddy Travis Golder that went to Wyo tech with you has been showing me your truck and i just stumbled across it. your truck is sick and i want this bumper.

o ok Golder ya i remember him he graduated three months ago i am still stuck here for two more weeks then back to florida for me.... and thanks for the comments thsi week i should be finishing up most of it... for right now i just have two 3/16 plates going to the factory mounting holes but plan on boxing in the back of the bumper and making two more mounting brackets for it... i will get more pictures of it this week for yall

its all done for now still want to sink in some 3 " lights and put d-ring brackets on but dont have time right now..... i will get more pics of it later of the top and mounting brackets

Damn that's awesome. Looks like a fab-fours bumper without that visually heavy pug face look they have. D-ring and foglights will complete the package

yep i basically copied it off their design i just wanted it skinnier and less huge and ugly.... but i def need the lights sunk in lol
