My new clutch isnt working right. We bled it like 5 times and even the master cylinder 2 times. It still wont work. I can get it to a point where its tough but shiftable except for reverse. I could drive down the road and it be alright but if i went to back into someplace id have to turn it off to get it in reverse.

Im out of ideas. im sending it away to get it done right. which i dont want to do.

Right now its done it wont go into any gear. It feels like alot of dead space

Any ideas of what could be wrong? Or what to do?

sounds to me like your clutch disk is in backwards i did the same thing when i swapped the motor in my truck and it acted the exact same way you describe you truck to where it was drivable but a complete pain in the ass to shift
