M5OD + trans jack = misery...until now!

Yeah, honeycomb interior, I think 40% infill is pretty solid if I understand correctly... fastener locations could be added to the print no problem I imagine or even areas with 100% infill to drill/tap...

One of these days I want to get a 3d printer, I think that's what I'll have in the shop bathroom so I can have an exhaust fan, I imagine it would help...
We have a handful of printers at work that are free for me to use... So I haven't justified buying one for myself at home yet.

Studies have shown that anything beyond 30 to 40% infill is honestly a waste of time and material if you have thick enough walls.

If I had intentions of bolting it down I could have printed in pockets for nuts or nutserts

Worked like a charm!

I prefer to use 3D printers for good, not evil.

The last thing we need to see out there are Rangers with "angry eyes" grilles.

I don't think like a Jeep.

I don't really like the grill, but I do like that it's not like everyone else.

Apparently more than one person likes that grille...

as of saturday.....i can still handle them as long as i pull the t case off first. especially if it is on a hoist.

and i am definitely old and broken...

i usually ratchet strap blocks to the transmission though and handle them that way....the cd009 is a bit heavier, but with my big transmission jack that adapter would fit it perfectly.

would be a total breeze with that adapter.

curt is making a tool for the 10r140 that will hopefully be easy to adapt to the rest of these for rebuilding. i wonder how hard it would be for you to print up some holding/fixture adapters for building them.
