M5OD + trans jack = misery...until now!


Yeah, honeycomb interior, I think 40% infill is pretty solid if I understand correctly... fastener locations could be added to the print no problem I imagine or even areas with 100% infill to drill/tap...

One of these days I want to get a 3d printer, I think that's what I'll have in the shop bathroom so I can have an exhaust fan, I imagine it would help...
We have a handful of printers at work that are free for me to use... So I haven't justified buying one for myself at home yet.

Studies have shown that anything beyond 30 to 40% infill is honestly a waste of time and material if you have thick enough walls.

If I had intentions of bolting it down I could have printed in pockets for nuts or nutserts

I don't think like a Jeep.

I don't really like the grill, but I do like that it's not like everyone else.
