The pump works! It cut on when I put 12v at the inertia switch, any suggestions as to what to check next?

Got her running! Thought I'd update this in case someone comes across it. The wires from the 5 pin plug from the auto were all crossed together and somehow caused the ignition to crank the motor when the key cylinder hit 'run'. Went back to normal as soon as I pulled the reverse light wires out and wired them up to their plug.

Turns out the computer has just decided that it shouldn't be grounding the fuel relay wire and I ended up running another ground wire through a switch on my dash
