m5od shift rail adjustment

So after some searching im pretty positive my shift rails just need adjusted. I searched and found that it should only take 20 seconds but i have no idea what im looking at. I just bough the trans for a swap and to someones advice I took the cover off. It looked really good inside. Nothing that popped out of the ordinary. I really need some fast help to get this in. I want to have the swap done by Sunday.
