Hi all I’m currently trying to decide /research the difference between djm suspension lowering kit & or the bell tech lowering kit one uses lowering I beams while the other uses lowering springs

How low do you want to lower it?
If you only want to lower about 2", then the lowering springs would be ok. You may need different camber bushings to get it aligned. If you want to go more than that, I would recommend the drop I-beams. They should be engineered to maintain stock geometry so you can keep the wheels aligned properly. There are some excellent articles in the How To Tech section of this website that explain the geometry of the twin I-beam / TTB suspension under these trucks and how to raise or lower it properly.
