Hello!

I am looking for a place to order a 2 inch front and 2 inch rear lowering kit for my 1983 ranger... can anyone link me to a good place for that??

thankyou!!

You won't find a lowering "kit", but if you had looked around the forums (like this one dedicated to lowering) or the tech library a little bit you would have found your answers.

To get 2" all around in front you will need lowering springs, and in the rear a simple shackle/hangar flip should do the job. That's all assuming that your suspension hasn't sagged any over the years, if it has then 2" drop springs won't give the full 2" of drop.

The only lowering "kit" you will find is for a 3"/4" (front/rear) drop, that is replacement I-beams for the front and axle flip brackets for the rear. That kit is made by DJM suspension.

Do you know a place I can order the 2inch springs? I cant find anywhere online...

Try illusive design & fabrications. I think LMC Truck may also have them. There are many sources out there you just got to look for them.
