Posted here several weeks ago about problem child. Had several good suggestions. Drained coolant plugged top hose and1 heater hose. Pressurised cooling system with air, leakage at outlet on t-stat housing . removed housing checked t-stat 192-195 degrees. Thought for a while. Found old Ford housing cleaned all parts. Measured from seal area to mounting flange. found replacement housing was 1/16 inch logger for t-stat. Installed old housing added water bleed out good. Let warm up t-stat warmed up to 192-196 per manual guage. seen t-stat open up. Finally got cab heat!!!! Antifreeze tomorrow and road rest. Thanks everyone for info.
