Looked like he had an afterthought and typed it out. He posted after you answered one of my questions. Some pictures to help you guys see what I am looking at.
The only thing I can see there is the teeth on the shaft look worn to me. Just like the teeth inside the hub.
If you can run your fingernail over the machined surface on the spindle and can't feel any ridges it's probably good. It seems pretty unlikely that something would be worn perfectly smooth.
C clip and splined washer were installed. The splined washer shows signs of the axle moving and abrading the washer on the splidle. Gonna put the new spindle bearing and seal in anyways and see if it helps.
