Loose plug just hanging on driver side of 4.0 XLT

I have a round 4 prong loose wire that I am wondering what it might go to. It's on the drivers side between the motor and the battery. As you can see its hanging down to where i can see it in the wheel well but i can also pick it up and it reaches up to around the brake booster area. According to Google it could be to my cruise control, but considering that works i would say Google is wrong. I have an 01 XLT 4.0

wire colors may help. look close for any stripes.
what harness does it come out of?

Looks an awful lot like an A/C pressure switch connector.
