Came across an old savings bond that I won in an academic challenge of sorts back in 06 the other day and really got me thinking....
I think I want to start making a few small investments and continue installing in them to hopefully some day see my money working for me at full blast
Except.... I have no clue where to even start
Info:
Basically broke college student
No full time job (so 401k, etc out)
BTW, tried to look around, the savings bond is a "Series I" and face value of $200, issue date of 04/2006... Trying to find out if I can find a final maturity value in 2036 if that's possible. It says it's worth 244 bucks now after 5 years
