Looking for what this line is called, crankcase vent?

Hello Here,
I'm getting P0171 & P0174 codes on my 1998 Ranger 3.0L V6. The engine idles rough. The code documentation says:

• P0171 is lean bank 1 and P0174 is lean bank 2. Trouble spots include:
  • Possible vacuum leak
  • Oxygen sensor
  • MAF sensor
  • Fuel System (filter, pump, or pressure regulator)

Considerations, actions taken

• Both codes appeared at the same time. I believe this eliminates the preCat Oxygen sensors as both throwing codes at the same time seems odd.
• Could it be the...
  • Post-Cat oxygen sensor?
  • Fuel filter?
  • Fuel pump? I don't think it is this as the vehicle
  • Fouled spark plugs?
  • Vacuum leak - I recently I fixed a vacuum leak that controls the AC door in the cab. As a result I looked around for other possible vacuum leaks and found none. However, I did find that the crankcase vent line is suspect (see attached image, the line has never been changed, I bought the vehicle new). I was wondering if it may be contributing to the error codes?
• I replaced the air filter and in doing so I looked at the intake duct, looks ok other than the crankcase hose.
• So, I did the inexpensive touches. Now it's on to the MAF, Oxygen sensors, etc. (gonna hurt the budget).

Before I jump on the expensive parts (compared to vacuum line fixes, is there something else I should look for?
Why can I not find the original equipment replacement for the crankcase line (if that's what its called)? I've searched the web for days looking and found nothing. Am I'm looking in the wrong places?
