looking for some tips

just picked this up off craigslist for $40 guy said it was on a f-150 but i think with a little modification i can get it in my 06 ranger i couldnt pass it up for that price.

just wondering where all i should mod it

i know already its gonna need shortened hieght wise and maybe with wise

this is how it looks in the bed with the out riggers off it

cut some sections out of the side tubes and cut a section out of the middle and weld it back up

Cut some sections out of the under bracket and reweld metal peace

I wish we could trade because mine will fit a ranger and i need a bigger one to mod to make it work on my truck the way i want it

if you were closer id consider it but nj is a bit far.

what do you all think about mounting as it sits it has no hardware and i was considering a steel plate that it could be bolted or wielded to then bolted to the factory bed mounts any feed back on that be great =) thanks

cut 4 in. off the bottom and i think its sitting pretty what u guys think?
