Longer Rear Shocks and Extended Brake Lines

I have an 89 4x4 2.9 5speed and has anyone found stock parts for maybe an f150-350 or such that would work as shocks that I could pick up at a local parts store that will be the same as say a 3in lift ranger shock?


Edit: Brake lines extension found in tech library
