Would an automatic locker have any adverse wearing effects, cause steering concerns, or effect mileage when driven on the highways or interstates?

No, the highway is the best place for a locker on the road, no sharp turns or anything of that nature, the rear end will wiggle a bit when shifting or getting on and off the gas sometimes because one side likes to lock before the other occasionally.

What he said, I rarely even notice the locker on the highway, only when accellerating and delcelerating to shift gears or change lanes, and even then its just 'wiggle'

Well, that sounds livable to me. For some reason I thought I heard, lockers and highways don't mix.

I have driven my truck on the highway a lot with a Lockrite in the back, and I couldn't even tell it was back there.

Yup, you wont even notice int on the highway, you will mush more so around town if you're on the throttle around corners.

Alright, Lock-rite, here I come!!
