Lifting Question

If I bought Skyjacker Coils that Lifted the front 1.5 - 2 inches and add leafs that did the same would I need new Shocks? and Im not sure wether I should buy this as a kit? or buy each separately? There are a couple different kits on Summit Racing They look the same but I dunno what the difference is? Can anyone help me?

What kits "look the same"?

I personally wouldn't spend the money for skyjacker add-a-leafs, you can get cheap ones for like $35 on Summit, or find a cheap set of coils/add-a-leafs off Ebay for around $150 (Straycat runs Springtech stuff off Ebay and is quite satisfied I believe?)

as for shocks, you dont NEED them, but to get the increased down-travel, and not just increased ride height that you are paying for with that leveling kit, you do need them... So realistically yes you do have to replace the shocks, but if you dont do it right away its not going to make a big deal, except offroad.
