Next project, radius arm/tranny crossmember.
how hard was it to put that bottom drain plug in your diff cover? that is SICK, i like the idea of being able to drain/change fluid without pulling cover. thought about doing it on mine [ i can weld pretty decent ] i just need an easy size plug to work with, not sure if i should drill and tap cover or drill oversize hole and weld in a pipe coupler. :icon_confused:

I used a 1 1/8" ? hole saw to cut the hole in my drill press. That made it cake.

Just a note, the pipe coupler will weld kinda funny, may want to get 2 so you can practice welding it to steel.

I have been working on some stuff for the truck the last couple days. Pics can say it better than I.

yeah i thought about the coupler welding funny too. i'll check with local mascine shop. no worries though, once i pull my closed knuckle i'll have a spare cover to experiment with before hand as well. side note, 3 of your pics didn't show
