I upgraded all my exterior lights to led and replaced turn signal relay with led relay and haven't had any issues until recently. I noticed one day my relay was flashing with my truck off so I went and bought a new one and that seemed to fix the problem until today it was doing it again so i went and exchanged the relay and it is still staying on. First relay i bought was a couple years ago. Second one i bought a few weeks ago.

Turn signals only have power with key on
4-way flashers have power all the time

So problem will be in the 4-way flasher circuit, in 2007 the turn and 4way should share the same Flasher, but don't know that as a fact

A flasher works by a contact bar in the flasher heating up and bending, then cooling down and getting straight, bending = off, straight = on.
The heating up part is done by power flowing thru the bar to the light bulbs
Shorted bulb(or adding trailer lights) got faster flashes, burned out bulb slow or no flashes, because wattage changed

Regular bulbs used more watts so bar heated up and bent at certain interval, and that sets flasher speed

LED bulbs used less watts so often couldn't heat up the bar enough to bend it, so no flash, just on

LED Flasher requires less watts to heat up.

So are ALL 4 corner lights working?
Is 4-way flasher switch working?

Front are running light/ turn signal rear are running light brake light and turn signal. All work. When my truck is off and no key the relay is clicking like turn signal is on and if I turn on either side with switch it lights up

4-way flasher button?

You mean hazard button? If so yes it works. I plugged the relay back in last night and it was off I went and checked about an hour later and sure enough it was clicking away
