looks pretty sweet. after seeing a bunch of guys on here do this im really starting to want to do it

anybody have a tutorial on this?

i'd love to do it some time... want to try red to match my interior.

matching the interior, and also red is low energy so it won't cause eye strain

I have seen this done many times but nobody is able to tell me if they dim or not. I would like to do this but I don't want it crazy bright all the time.

mine doesnt dim but its actualy less bright than in the picture. Those are white LEDs and I bought them only to change the odometer and needles color.
Its pretty easy to do, the hardest and longest part being to remove all the panels and once done, juste twist the the bulb holder, remove bulb and put the LED in place, reverse procedure for reassembly. You'll need a 7mm and 8mm socket

Most LEDs do not dim, most of them operate on less than 12V and the internal regulator keeps them happy. Look for the voltage range for your LEDs; the bulbs I have operate at full intensity from 9-14.5 volts.

where did you get your at? and has any body tried making there own housing. My thought is to go to the Electirc store and buy a bulk amount of lights and then take and place the light in the plastic keeper.

hahaha. when i looked at your speedo i saw the 200 and thought "holy crap! thats awesome." then i saw its in km/h haha
