Laredo Build (I Know It's Not an RBV But I Know A Few People Are Going To Follow

I know what ya mean man. Theres nothin better then wheelin, wrenching, beer. Some titties would be nice.

Little Update

Adam and I worked on the jeep a little bit today and we got one of the front hanger done and welded up, the drivers side is a little screwed and will take some work.Adam has to grind the part of the trailer hitch to allow the shackles to move their full length.Tomorow where gonna finish up the drivers side front hanger and then finish cutting and welding the perches and get this axle mounted hopefully.

We need pinion shims. And U bolts. And stuff.

It's not lifted as of now.Plans might be changing as I've just come into a good sum of money and the b2 in the junkyard next to work, and some one tons are looking excellent right now.Hell I'm just letting my mind wander and will probably wonder that junkyard for a few hours before I decide what to do.I kinda wanna build an old wagoner and make it a trail slut as this jeep will be.

The waggys are nice and simple to lift.

Stock with a D44 and a V8.

Not a bad rig out of the box

Update time, the perches were ground off and welded back on but one of them is slanted so it needs to be ground back off and re-welded back to the axle.It seems to flex damn well and the suspension is soft enough to get it bouncing easily 8 or so inches. It's huge, flexy, and bad ass.The suspension is so soft when someone sits in the back it literally drop an inch or two in their 200 pounds. The front axle needs to be moved over and have a slight surgery, the rear axle needs to have one perch re-welded, the tranny needs to be dropped and replaced, new transfer case, drive shaft needs to be modded, brakes need to be hooked up,it needs a cage, and it needs to be wheeled to hell and back.
