Kyle M's Ranger Rebuild

Working on the ranger, fixing up the radius arms and such, decided to replace the fuel lines, thinking of using steel...any concerns with it?

Also, my wipers are working on and off, anyone know how that system works? Seems like a relay is going bad, but I don't know where to start.

What are you doing to the arms?

They were getting bent to where they are hitting the frame, so I'm putting a bend in them and boxing a portion. I'll post a pic.

If the wipers use the same resistor that 2nd gens use it's mounted next to the ash tray inside the dash. It's brown has a bunch of wires going to it. I found a bunch of info on it here when I gutted my dash and had to wire all this stuff up afterwards. Again this was for a 2nd gen may not be in the same spot on 3rd gen. Wipers should only work on high or off.

i had problems with my wipers also on my 94. they worked on and off. it ended up bieng the wiper motor that bit the dust. replaced it and works fine now.

here's the best I can do, Hope you can zoom in. This is from the 1994 Ford ranger electrical and vacume manual.

I had similar issue years ago ended up being the wiper motor wasn't getting a good ground. Had to grind the paint off the body finally to get them to work.
