I do too, which is why I got one of these.... I can notch quick with a plasma now!

Thanks, getting better but i still hate notching it...

What are you notching with? We use a drill press mounted holesaw type in my old man's drag chassis shop. It's not so bad. I notch quite a few by hand with the Metabo too.

Yeah buddy....I used a hole saw a few times too, but that's a pain to get it just right. Cutoff and grinder us the easiest for me.
 
I have one to use, just a pita when you get close to bends.
