another thing i noticed....a two into one 3 inch netted me the best bottom end feel.

i had straight pipes for years out the sides and that was great on the road, but a decent 3 in single made a big difference on bottom with 303 type cam...well a basic gt40 setup and good tune. on bottom i mean off idle to 2k...and that was regardless of cams...

i went to a few truck type cams and hated it...the stock one falls on its face at 5 grand...they did lug 1500 rpm better...just were slow to wind up.

My exhaust is done, looks great. Might be a little loud, have to get it running right then sort that out. It has the cast manifolds into a 2" y pipe, then into a 3" pipe, with a 3" dynomax bullet muffler then dumped right after that.

perfect if you like a lil loud...i prefer the full welded center in, offset out, as its pretty mellow

Truck runs and idles now. Exhaust is way to loud, gonna get a different muffler.

Next on the list is shifters, seats and a skid plate. Here is a picture if it at the exhaust shop

Last night I wired up my e fan, welded bungs in the y pipe for the O2's, put the O2's in, wrap up all the wiring, installed the F250 Master cylinder, wich was a bolt in deal, didn't even have to adjust the the rod. Just had to change the brake line fittings to match. Just need to bleed brakes and should be all set.

Next on the todo list is shifters, (tranmission and t case) then I will build a skid plat that goes from oil pan to t case.

Just ordered a new muffler, going with a Dynomax turbo muffler, hope it is quieter lol
