Don't be scared of a balljoint D60...nothing wrong with them.
Most aftermarket manufacturers of axle housings (dynatrac etc) are building them all ball joint now.

Thats not entirely true. A cab chassis truck got a dana 60 KP HP d60 before a pickup. I had a 85 that had a d60 front an duallies.
