NOW THAT! sounds like a plan! How much extra board ,Money wise, do you think that will cost?

I want a 12 so i can hit good in the lower 30's and 20's.

well you can buy mdf in 4x4 sheets, but you may have enough left over to do it, even if its two pieces its ok, it just there to take up space.

also, i would step up to 3/4 mdf. if you can with the $$$ it not much more, and it will stronger, and easer to put together, trying to put a screw in half inch mdf will be a nightmare

well i found "1X6X8 PRIMED MDF BOARD" at my local lowes for 7 dollars... is this what i need?

this stuff, but in English you want 3/4 thick lol

watch out it gets heavy quick, the resin that they use to make it, gives it alot of weight

*sigh* well i just looked at prices for carpeting and i cried ( just kidding) but why does "speaker box carpeting" cost so much? is there a substitute for this stuff?

or like 5 or 6 thick coats or primer.... airbrush can of your color, flames pin striping, same color as your truck, a lil wet sanding some clear, and one bad ass box.

On a side not i found an amp wiring kit 10 ga 14 dollars shipped. Should i go bigger than 10 Ga?

oh, and also, i want to get a visonik v308xt amp bridge it to 800 watts peak at 4-ohm. sound like a good amp? Should i use a cap with this system to reduce fading lights?

no need your rms with that amp is 360w, so your ok. 10g might be a lil small but check the specs for running amps for the kit, as long as it can handle 360w its ok
