My buddy might be going back to ns to visit in 2 weeks. If he does he's gonna try to bring me projectors from a BMW. If he can't then ill send my headlights to India. So I may learn how to do a retrofit

Getting some ford tow hooks hopefully Wednesday. Guys selling them for 20 bucks. Seems like a steal if you ask me.

the early fx4's are worth about 250-300 a set used (ford wants i think 325 each for them new) the ones i've got aren't worth nearly that, but still worth a good $100 i would say, they black or chrome?

This guy has about 8 rangers. Some in parts a few not. New ranger out front rebuilding one in his garage and a newer one back of the house. If you need parts ill give you Calgary guys his number.

hmm..gets me thinking about my tow hooks laying in the garage,.. mine look quite abit beefier than those, mabie ill relocate them to work with the body lift

When I was installing mine I was looking at ways to make em work with a BL. Next on the list is save up for new rims( eagle 185 series) 33 inch tires and a 3" BL. All has to happen before end of summer. Oh and 4.10 gears.

The stock ones (Kirk, yours and mine) can be modified to work... The early lii's hooks are modded quite often to work, it takes some decent craftsmanship to do, you can find a thread on it, on r-f.com...

Anthony, your hooks are cast, ours are cold rolled, while your metal is thicker, I would venture a guess that ours are much stronger

Oh.. shoot hey,
oh well i dont plan on getting stuck haha.

anyways i was thinking....the frame part that you can see with the BL now just inside the front bumper (above where the stock tow hook mounts)
im thinking of modding that somehow to put in the tow hooks,
om wondering if its going to be strong enough to pull from that
