i am (seriously) gonna try & get the cap pieces lined up/engine radiatored/sending units installed on sbc & re-wired to dash-guages.....test run down the drive-way a few times......seriously fellas........really....i'm not snickering either.

It's Official!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got everything together annnnnnnnnnnd it started running hot!

I instantly removed the thermostat to cure the problem..wrong!

I flushed out the coolant system...clean as a whistle....still runs hot!

My blue flush-fit flex fan ain't pullinnnnnin enough air, even with the HD radiator!

(I thought i had all this ironed out already.....wrong!)

Sooooo.....tomorrow i notch out the firewall 10" X 10" X 2" deep.....no problem.....1 hour

Then...I unbolts the xmsn crossmember.....WAIT!....I never got around to installing it!.....the temporary crossmember is not attached to the frame rails yet & is just waiting to be slut back 3 more inches...Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....no problem......1 minute!

Thennn....undo the m.m. mounts.....I jak up the V-8 a lilltle....slide it back 3 ........add an adapter plate to the drivers side motor mount like I did the other m.m.

Weld a rear brace to the underside of each adapter-plate...then bolt the braces to the frame after the engine is slut(or is that slid?) back Thu-reeee inches....

Saw 3 incheaches....?????....off each exhaust....re-re-re-attach the cats....

Install the push-pull lectric fans thats been hangin on the wall 9 months....

Crank it up.....Drive to Sonic b4 thay close at midnighrt......not a prob......1 to 10 hours

Well....thats the plan.....

You make taking this thing apart and putting it back together again look as easy as building legos. If I could just get the red bricks to be that shiny...
