Good to see you got it straightended out!

The truck is bitchin man! I love the red.

One of my customers had a chevy pickup about the same era as this that he had built, he was showing it to me and telling me all about it while I inspected his house. I told him your truck was way more awesome-er. :icon_cheers:

Thanks Men...............:icon_thumby:

Hint: It came off a certain 1989 Ranger XLT & fits perfectly on the 1936 Ranger XLT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:icon_surprised:

Imagine the chances of FoMoCo doing that twice in 73...yep....73 years !!!!!

The '89 front fender braces fit just as good on the '36 front fenders too!!

you'll halfta trow some black on that so it dosn't stand out so much, good thinking most people just would have fab up something new.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaahaaaahhaaaaaa..cough....weeze..Waaaahaa

how did you fix the running board?

.....it's an old truck/running board phenomenon.... shifting the left-rear of the cab 1/2" toward the chassis, & shifting the right-front corner forward & left 1/2"....
Weird, but it worked.....old truks---go figure....Somehow...1/2" left & 1/2" forward&left 1/2" X's 7' diagonally equals 2" of adjustment at the front of the running board (ought plus ought is ought////ought x's ought equals double ought)!!!!!!!!
:icon_bounceblue:

Now I gotta go roll it out in the sun for a few hours....let it simmer in that 100* heat so everything will flex ....then slide the cab back over the body mounts reversing the above formula.....hopefully!

I thought about that, but I left the 20 yr. old dirt on it so it wood show up better

20 years old....why I got got a spider web in my shed older than that! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
