Hope you are doing OK. My Mom passed 3 weeks ago. she was 78. my next door neighbor passed this past saturday. he was 82. my prayers are with you and your grandfather.

thank you so much! i too hope that he blesses every one of the persons who have replied to show their concern and care!

as for him, i was planning on not going today so he could get more rest, but then i heard he wanted me to come. his spirits were back up alittle today, and he is back in ICU so he can get the care he needs.

his face had more color, he had eaten alittle bit, and seemed to be alittle happier. it was so comforting when i saw him today, i know that i will sleep much better tonight!

thank you all! they did a procedure to get the fluid from his lungs.
one side, they got 1 liter of fluid, and the other side they got 1.5 liters! thats insane! he said he felt better instantly! i hope he continues to recover, but if not, i do understand that everything happends for a reason, and god said it was his time.

woahh thats alot of fluid. lets hope he keeps on going! anyone whos had that much in there deserves a good time after doing something he likes..well maybe not swimming..

my grandfather had trouble breathing yesterday so i called the first aid. long story short he had a heart attack and congestive heart failure. his heart is working at 30% of normal and they cant do anything to help because he has bacteria in his blood from his kidneys starting to shut down. he has a 50% chance of living, and if he does, he will need alot of assistance. he is the only father figure ive ever had in my life so its really hurting me and the entire family.

id just like to ask anybody who is willing to, please pray for him. even the slightest concern/thought/prayer will be GREATLY appreciated.

haha yeah, they even said they might have to remove some more fluid. lets hope that they just didnt get it all the first time. wouldnt be too good if his body just keeps producing it
