They had a 93 2wd, and the only thing left on it was the doors that were complete. Otherwise motor, bed, all kinds of crap is gone. They strip it for the wholesale then take the scraps and put it in the yard for the illegal immigrants. They love that junk. God help you if you put a 94-98 mustang there. Last time I went to get parts for mine, they had a v6 one, and I'll be damned if there wasn't 10 of em standing around it pulling crap off. They wouldn't even hardly let me look at it lol. Didn't bother me though. I was hoping to find some used Warn hubs for the ranger, but they don't even have a BII out there to get em off of. Very frustrating.

you would think at a yard that has old vehicles just rusting they would give guys good deals who are willing to go in and strip the parts off themselves....especially in a bad economy you think they would get more business.

I'm a little far away from denver. The good news is I have many other friends with junkyards, and can always go out to theirs. However they are more businesses, and I'm only allowed back there because I'm good friends with the owners.

I usually go to the pick n pull by me in summit, to me they're prices were a little expensive, but they warrantied their parts, which was new to me, most junkyards around here don't do that. but I walked out of there paying $75 for a radiator and a shroud, the shroud was freakin $15 bucks. I really needed it so I bought it, otherwise if you can do your shopping on Wednesdays everything is half off, it's prolly where I'm gonna go to rebuild my front end 200-300 dollars and I'll have my self an all new truck, well, at least the front will be new

Only have one junkyard locally. It can be hit or miss on prices, but usually pretty good if you pull it yourself. Once they wanted more money for a fan clutch than it cost me to buy a new one from Kragen. However, just recently, I picked up the rear window for my Ranger for $65. Wish it was bigger so it more reliably had parts, but the area can't support that.
