jeep style lift out door hinges

i use a door hinge pin kit from napa. pop out a lil clip and tap each pin with a hammer and door comes off. I used to have bolts but not old tightening them each time. with the pin all i need is a hammer and needle nose.

i have an 88 and i unbolted the doors from the hinges and kept em off for about a week. when i put them back on i started with the drivers side door bolted it on closed it and it clipd the fender a bit. when i was opening it i found myself bending the hell out of the fender without having a choice due to one of the bolts holding the fender on the door has to be open to get to anyway. so wouldnt the bolt in te hinge kind of do the same thing? unless its really snug in ther? it jut seems like it wouldnt line up as well and the door would be pretty loose.

Speaker disconnects can easily be made from 2 wire "trailer" plugs... Mine has these. Takes maybe 3 seconds and the speakers are disco'd. 3/8 ths long smooth shank bolts for the hinge pins, and a cheap wally-world clamp on ATV mirror to mount on the hinge on the cab to keep the fuzz away, plus help with seeing.

This question to Explorin94: are you sure about the plate inside the door that the hinge mounting bolts go into staying in place when you remove the bolts? There aren't just a couple of nuts that will fall off inside there?
