how much does it weigh? is the next question imo. 2 grams maybe? could that hole be from a rivet or fastener of some type? is it some type of shim? any ware marks on it anywhere, from a rotation or strike marks from repetitive hits?

I once had a Constellation with bent consternation straps. I had to use a heavy duty capitulation valve to account for the spacial imbalance. That thing never did run right after that.
