This is why I go wheelin' with techs! We were out in the woods a few weeks ago and RF hub (37780) did not engage -friend/helper took off hub removed mangled washer looking deal ,reinstalled and away we went -yesterday it happened again ,nothing removed this time but he did poke around inside with a metal pick and in a few minutes had me going again.Well since it is going in for front locker install today or tomorrow can the hub be saved or should we replace and save this for back-up? I have seen some exploded views of hubs but no rebuild kit numbers as such -thanks for reading and responding:icon_thumby:

the ford dealership near me says there are no re-build parts available thru them... napa is singing the same song... so i'm gonna say no not re-buildable...

I'd be willing to bet some of the parts in the #37780 hubs are interchangeable with those in the stock (or #29071) hubs.
For whatever reason though, Warn apparently does not sell rebuild kits for any of these hubs. :icon_confused:

No but a person on the forums has several milk crates oe D35 hubs

(Hint, Hint)
