I'm wanting to put "04-10" Ranger interior in my 98 Ranger.
Is this even possible?

Yes. Depending what you want.

The 07+ headlight switch will not work.

The 04+ cluster will not work.

The 04 to 06 steering wheel will work, but the bags have a recall on them.

The seats work. In 98 the cab sizes changed and stayed for reg cab. I have 06 seats in my 03, and as long as you get reg cab seats if you have a reg cab ore ext. for an ext. cab, the seats will only need your seat buckles but bolt in otherwise.
