inconsistent power


Hopefully that filter is the problem...Either way its a part that should probably be replaced anyway right??

Did you check fuel pressure?
 
So, o2 sensor replaced and fuel filter replaced. Huge improvement on the original condition however I'm still noticing that the idle is acting like a bad o2 (slow bouncing idle speed). The truck also seems to want to stall right after starting (about 3 seconds after).

I'm going to assume it's one of the two fuel pumps, but don't have any way of testing the pressure. Since the fuel gauge is also broken I'm going to start with the pump in the tank. Any shortcuts I should know about?
